Crown Couriers ‘Cuts The Ribbon’ To New London Office

Crown Couriers has officially opened doors to its new London office, facilitating the launch of its baggage repatriation service out of Heathrow Airport, the UK’s largest and busiest airport.

Headed up by a knowledgeable team with over 50 years’ experience in the region, the site will enable the business to grow its driver network across the South and extend capacity to sectors including healthcare as well as aviation.

Crown Couriers Managing Director, Tim Seagers explains:

Despite the current economic climate, it’s important that we continue to invest and grow the business strategically as planned. Having a London office is vital for our growth in the region, enabling us to take on self-employed drivers and employ an area management team based locally to provide dedicated support to businesses”.

Tony Clements, Area Sales Manager will be heading up the new office and will be supported by a customer service agent to offer dedicated support to Southern-based businesses.

The London office launch coincides with the business celebrating its 30th anniversary, having grown over 3 decades from a local, Midlands-based courier service, to a nationwide same day provider. Whilst the office opening is an opportunity to support new customers, it also allows Crown Couriers to better support its existing national customer base through strengthening its capacity in the London and Greater London region.
