Last Thursday, Crown Couriers celebrated the continuous hard work of its internal teams by hosting its quarterly recognition awards.
Five brand-new winners, each received a £200 Love2Shop voucher as a ‘thank you’ for their hard work during quarter four.
Individuals are nominated throughout the quarter by their peers, which makes winning even more special.
Congratulations to all of the victors and to the nominees, here are the reasons each winner was selected:
Alison Ross – Deliver More
For successfully processing an exceptional volume of supplier invoices during the peak period and ensuring that all Crown and CX drivers were paid correctly and on time whilst still providing support to other teams within the business.
Anthony Ellis – Rise to the Challenge
For his ability to calmly confront and solve difficult customer issues and for his support and assistance particularly to Business Development.
Michael Nicholls – Initialise Potential
For stepping up and supporting Customer Service and Control as well as colleagues in other teams during a period of severe staff shortages. Also for his support and commitment regards an important new contract resulting in the work now being trialled in 22 areas this year.
Laura Rainsford – Visionary Thinking
For her ability to problem solve and her invaluable help to the Control team in covering work.
Jodie Fletcher – Exceed Expectation
For the calm and efficient way she supports her colleagues across all departments, taking ownership of all her tasks, and handling stressful situations in a calm and efficient way and in particular for her support and help to Business Development regards an important new contract.
